🏁 Refund & Returns Policy – Kenyon Racing LLC

Welcome to the official Kenyon Racing Refund & Returns Policy — because whether you’re buying gear or booking garage time, we believe in riding fair.


🛠️ For Services (Workshops, Coaching, Custom Builds)

We get it — life throws curveballs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule (your choice)
  • Less than 72 hours: 50% refund or credit toward future services
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

💡 If you’re enrolled in a workshop or coaching session and can’t make it due to an emergency, email us at Trevor@KenyonRacing.com. We’ll work with you — we’re human too.


🧢 For Gear & Merch (Coming Soon)

Once we fire up our 3D printer and launch our merch line, the following rules apply:

  • You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital content
  • Custom or personalized gear
  • Used helmets or safety equipment (for obvious reasons)
  • Health/personal care items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Still waiting on a refund?

  • Check your bank and card provider
  • Give it a few days — sometimes processing takes time
  • Then email Trevor@KenyonRacing.com if needed

🔁 Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our gear. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll make it right.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email Trevor@KenyonRacing.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Clear photos showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

If the item qualifies, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge.

⚠️ Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear are not eligible.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you directly, you’ll receive store credit for the return. If the gifter had it sent to themselves, refunds go back to the original buyer.

  • We recommend trackable shipping — we’re not liable for returns lost in transit
